The Negative Side Effects of Delightful Things

UX is supposed to bring the light to interfaces and that's perfect. This one caught my eye because it's got a picture of Kermit. As well, actually, because I love Kermit. It's a baby kermit holding a cupcake. Which is delightful. So it worked. That isn't dangerous. It's Kermit. The point John is making here is that delightful things can have a negative side effect.
