How Did You Come to a Circle Session?

I'm really happy I was because it was an exciting journey for me too. Currently I work for a company called KaiserX Labs, we are a subsidiary of Allian's Insurance and my role is Lead Service Designer. Our aim is to establish service design as a discipline within KXL and Allian's. To make this happen we should also think about making things easier for the people working on those things. So that's why I came to journey maps.
