What % of Daily Protein in an Omnivorous Diet?

World wide average for an omnivorous diet is forty two % of protein from animal sources and 58 % from plant sources. That's a much higher contribution from plant sources than i would have expected. A decent percentage of protein across regions does tend to come from plant base proteins. And that's fine, because when you look at even a small contribution from animal base proteins, you are still getting plenty,. more than enough of lucine and essentiallmeno acids, lycine, methynine, the whole deal.
