The Importance of Having a Rotation Set Up in a Big Center

There's a function called triage, especially in bigger centers. It becomes really important that you have someone that's just monitoring emails and web and whatever phones that people still have phone calls and chat on at the same time. So usually having someone else doing that while an incident lead is actually managing the incident is something that's typically done in a bigger center too. Has become increasingly important to reduce the burden and risk of burnout.
