How to Find a Mentor That's Not the Right Fit for You
There is going to be unsavory parts to every industry. There are unsavory part of personal training and S&C there's unsavory Parts to business. I think you need to just have a framework for knowing what to look for and knowing how to make good decisions around that because most people won't notice. My first mentor was terrible it ended as badly as it possibly could end with me telling him: "I'm no longer interested in getting mentored by you" But if the market demand is there and they succeed and they deserve their success he says.
