Community Development in the United States

The present communities that exist in the united states, i'm not talking about the er quaker and shaker communities. That have been existing for a long time in this country. The more recent communal endeavours have a verya fruitful and useful confusion as to their basic identity. There are very few of these communities that are single purposed and therefore have such a definite function.
