Falcon had apparently repeatedly gone into the basket of the balloon, which his father scolded him for. The plan was the balloon would be attached to tethers that would allow it to float 20 feet. Richard didn't want to hear it at first and he kept yelling at Mayumi and telling his son to shut up. Bradford insisted that Falcon had actually crawled inside.
