How Big an Earthquake Has Fracking Induced?

In the limited examples of fracking in the UK, how big an earthquake have they caused? The largest earthquake recorded during operations had a magnitude of 2.9. Do we know whether it could or could not cause a 5.6 in the UK? That's the million dollar question. But there are parts of Canada and North America where there have been earthquakes of magnitudes of 4 above. An earthquake of that size would potentially be big enough to cause damage.
