How Much Sleep and When to Sleep

Getting enough sleep the night before is critical to do that learning and sleeping after is critical to processing all of that. There are so many people throughout history that have talked about sleeping on it. Sleeping on a decision that you're not sure about is never a bad idea in my view. According to the research there appear to be chronotypes with maybe 40% of the population being morning people getting their cortisol peak early in the morning.
