China's Zero COVID Policy Is Not Enough to Prevent Death
The zero COVID policy has been very successful in preventing death. It's taken place with, I think, relatively low vaccination rates because China has not wanted to import mRNA vaccines. The problem now is that because they've used those tools for prevention and control of the pandemic, but also have social unrest. Now what you may get is people who are pushing back on these as pandemic control saying we don't want this at all.
