The Insurrection and Judge Jackson's Recusal

Judge Jackson said she would recuse in the Harvard affirmative action case given her role on the Harvard board of overseers. Though note that the court is in addition to hearing the case challenging Harvard's admissions policies also hearing a case challenging the University of North Carolina's admissions policy. So it's possible the court could separately hear arguments in those cases to allow Judge Jackson future justice Jackson hopefully to participate in the UNC case.
