Djoxon sounds great, because you're not going to get that chronotropic effect. You get that lovely inotropy. The problem with d on is the long onset of action and then also a lot of these patients come in fairly decompensated with e significant kidney injury at this point. And so it is something that you have to be careful with when dosing it. These are patients that i'm a little more careful on my bolus rates. It might not be infusing it a leader over ten minutes.
