The US government is digitally decentralized. You need to economic and resource centers. Silicon Valley is going to be a huge target. All of the managerial power for all this infrastructure, you hit Silicon Valley, our financial processing takes a major, major hit. We as a country need to be diversifying all this stuff not just because of the culture war, but because of the risk of hyper centralization in a war.
