Is Strong Dollar Causing an Economic Crisis?

Strong dollar is really important in the global financial system, as you mentioned for that plumbing thing. But here, when I think of a strong dollar causing an economic crisis, the thing that appears to me is an emerging market country or a country that has borrowed a lot of money in dollars. In order to pay it back, they have to print more yen, which is sort of a vicious cycle. And so we are kind of exporting our inflation problems to them and they have to react to this inflation.
