Are We Understanding the Core of Diversity?

The more diverse people you have, the better result you're going to get. There's been this massive amplification of a real need for diversity even extending to board rooms and management teams. But i think we're still early in that awakening process. And some of the tools that we're using right now at the dey school are about helping students think more critically about those future unintended a and intended consequences of the design work they do.
