Yen, i think, again, it's a pilate programme. So the risk right now is, is pretty small. If they open it up to everybody, and and somehow they do have a really strong cash position. And keep in mind, also, they have a partnership nw with open door,. And open doors an a lot of really innivative stuff on ancont of the homeselling front.
