I love that our brains actually have the capacity to change and it all lends itself to that growth mindset. Neuroplasticity. Talk about that in the book. I think that's a keystone of the theme here is that, you know, defender listening,. If you are in this place where you just feel like you're just at the bottom of the barrel with how you feel about yourself... Just take heart! You can change your brain if you really, really desire to.
