What's the Difference Between Blender and Unreal Engine?

I hear a lot of Blender people saying, oh, Blender has real time. And so I'm curious, what is that real time? What's the difference between Blenders? I think it's EVs, right? And then EV. It's just quality and speed. Are the biggest things where, so they're both game engines,. And that's how they're doing this. They've been developing this with the idea of like cinematics for like the last decade or more.
