The Importance of Diversification in Stock Trading
I think there may be a little bit of evidence that it's probably better to trade stocks that are smallish, not too large, not too diversified. So maybe a stock with one business line, one product that can hit that outlier. I'm always surprised at what trends and it's one of the lessons of the markets is that these relationships are not stable. What has happened in the past is not a good guide for the future. But if applying this system, these entry exit systems, they should produce profits in the future.
