The Power of Fear in Governments

Do you think that it's possible that this can be used by human beings who crave power over other human beings for horrible, horrible reasons? Sure. Once they finally acknowledge it and start having an open conversation about it, it could certainly scare us and get us to do things we might not otherwise do. You can see a lot of different kind of dark possibilities out there and and fear as a powerful motivator. This is scary stuff. Yeah, George and I really have defended against being part of a mechanism like that if indeed a mechanisms like that exists. So we have a fight. But I can tell you for sure, Henry, I wish I was getting a paycheck from the CIA.
