Children Oncology Unit - What's Next?

Caroline Hayes is head of the Child Oncology Unit at Adam Brooks Hospital. She says most adult patients find meals acceptable, but children often don't. The focus has been very much on the design of the building to support families eating together and giving fresh healthy food. It will also be able to set up sustainable food systems with local suppliers,. Will we handle and reduce our food waste? How are we supporting staff health and wellbeing in the building?
