The BBC has been accused of failing to act on a complaint made by parents about their child's welfare. A letter from the firm who have sent this letter to the BBC suggests that indeed is the case. But as we've been saying over and over again it's very, very hard to work it out. The family disputes what happened. It's now a story within a family as well by the looks of things.
