Design thinking may have provided benefits but not the benefits that we intuitively think, says Siddharel. The biggest piece of design problem in civic tech as i said is not generating new ideas but figuring out how to implement and pay for them yeah. It's again this magical thinking that's problematic in the sense that it's not including the people it should be including in the work itself.
