You Have to Have a Life Outside of Trading
I saw something floating around online recently. And it was this, I think it was a study which had been done. It looked at people's emotions and how they were affected by things which were negatively impacting their life as opposed to positively impacting their life. But that's the other part of it is that life outside of trading. You can't be on social media all day after trading all day. That can't be your outside. you got to unplug that thing and put it in a drawer and walk away for two hours.
