High Intensity Interval Training

There's a time and a place for CrossFit, but there are two types of high intensity training. High intensity interval training is more of the anaerobic metabolic conditioning to be able to sustain that kind of really intense effort for a little bit longer period of time. If we talk about sprint interval training, this is 30 seconds or less of Supra maximal intensity. And then you want to fully recover it until you hit it again.
