Instead of polarizing and saying, god her, here he goes again, just give him a moment of, i get that. Here's the risk i see too. That gives the sense of, we're in this together. And then you can transition, or add in the positive stuff as well. He doesn't have to agree it will work, but he's hopefully participating in a more positive, constructive conversation. Do you see that possibly working with him? I do think that could work? Especially what you said, just presenting that idea of if we just imagined ... What would that look like? If we'd imagined a best case scenaria where this would work, what would that look
