My dad just turned 80 this year. He actually spent his 80th birthday rafting a class four river in Costa Rica, which most people aren't doing at 80. And my mom, who is 77, is fit and a kid. And from her dance class yesterday. Yeah. You know, they, I would say the sort of thread with their collective good health at their old age is they both have always walked a ton. They also predated fitness culture, right? People weren't really going to gyms or members of gyms when they were growing up. But what they always did was move a lot and their primary move was walking, smoking and robics come on smoking.
