Speaking the Truth, the Second Aspect of Right Speech
The Buddha concluded, one should not speak a deliberate lie even in jest. This is very clear card. It's not nuanced. Don't say that which is untrue. If we make it the guiding principle, then it's like a little bell, a little warning bell goes off within us. They're reminding us this is untrue and we're able to pull back. And this is a very significant part of our path.
