How to Protect Yourself From Guest Neglect
Marilyn: I just, if it's a broken glass or a sheet or something that if it's under 50 bucks, let it go. Don't bug them with it. If there's intentional malicious damage, that needs to be reported to Airbnb so they can stop that guest from booking with a new host. Like that's also our job as host to try to keep guests like that off the platform. That's when it is important to report them. But, but yeah, this was great.
