How to Avoid Racial Profiling in Florida

The American Civil Liberties Union says the law will quote, codify and expand housing discrimination against people of Asian descent. Anybody who already owns property is going to basically be forced to register with the government. There are penalties both for people who try to buy property and penalties for people who sell property. The concern I've heard from a lot of activists who live there from Chinese community in Florida is that if you have a name that sounds Chinese, if you look like you're Chinese, any seller is going to be more reluctant to sell you a home.
