A lot of people are saying that home prices have to come back down to 2019 levels. That's where stock traders get their number from because that chart has to go back. So in our case here, what I've talked about is that the affordability metrics got so blown out early on. But again, every year wages rise, if mortgage rates fall, mortgage rates,. wages rise rates fall, the affordability next gets a little bit better.
