Are You Accountable?
This scorecard leads to a score board within our organization. We have everyone's name and then we have their outputs or their KPIs underneath their name. And next to the output, we basically have three colors. So it's green if they're meeting it. It's yellow if they're not meeting it,. There's red if there's no way to get back on track with it. If you all have different ideas about how you run it in your organization, we are definitely open and interested to hear about that.
