The Importance of Sharing Learnings From Incidents

I think many of the people that have been involved in this community are really committed to this idea of normalizing failure, of knowledge sharing. And so if you're going to keep that to yourself, the industry as a whole is not going to improve. Understanding your systems at this level and being able to take the learnings from incidents and apply that to your training makes you more reliable and gives your users a better experience.
