i agree whole heartedly on but what you both have said. It would have been very difficult to age faithfully without the gifts that the enigram has given to me. A lot of it has to do with self awareness. And i think we need a greater balance to understand both our external worlds, but our internal world as well. The active life is important, right? But the contemplative life is equally as important. I don't like the word still ness in addition to silence.
