Because then they're seen as, okay, they're desperate because they're borrowing way more. The people come in, right? That's how desperate they are. And if you're referenced, typically speaking, banks will borrow from the local federal home loan bank at HLB. Or other liquidity sources.right now it's about 5.3%.
