How to Use Twitter to Connect With People in Person

The first action item, the only action item I had on this is change up my use of Twitter. "I have for a while now seen Twitter as kind of a time suck and not much comes out of it" He wants to use that as an avenue to connect with people more on a one-on-one basis. And potentially try to find ways to use that to do these in-person things.
