The Real Estate Cycle
Many people think of a cycle as a continuous pattern in which a rise is followed by a fall. In my view, it's usually clear, simple and regularly recurring. I'll use the cycle in real estate as an example. Bad times cause the level of building activity to be low; better economic times cause demand for premises to rise.
