How to Fix iOS Battery Life Issues

The answer there is to exempt them from the battery optimizer to let them run in the background if you do that flawless. I can definitely tell you at least with the open VPN client there's definitely a difference in the battery life when it's running in the background versus when it's allowing it to shut down. With next cloud so you know yes it's present on Grafino S but I also feel like it's present to a degree on stock androids  I'm not sure that that's really a trade off.
