I think Russia will certainly try to do what they can to destabilize Kayakalas' government. But I don't think they have a lot of avenues to do so right now. If you tried to spread an explicitly anti-Ukrainian message or any sort of quote, pro-peace, message that doesn't explicitly support Ukrainian side, you would have trouble in Estonia. The polity is so solidified and coherent in its support for Ukraine and its antagonism to Russia.
