I'm Optimistic, but I Don't Have Any Regrets

I don't have any regrets in terms of standing up and saying, this is wrong. But I wish there was a way that I could minimize the damage that's been done. It certainly hasn't made any friends for me. And it certainly has alienated people on my side of the argument from others within their organizations. So I guess my optimism, I hope, isn't misplaced.
