Is Mid Journey a Derivative Work of Art?

The controversial side of AI art is it's going to be a derivative work of art that it is finding on the internet. So, you know, if you go in and generate art inside of mid journey or stable diffusion or one of these tools and you actually put an artist's name in there, it will try to replicate that artist's name. I personally have ethical boundaries that I don't want to cross there. Mid journey has sort of its own style. It doesn't specifically look like any sort of artist specifically made it. That's why I use mid journey and that's really most of the art that I generate is in that mid journey style.
