My mom died when I was six years old. She had been dealing with drug addiction for well over a decade at this point. If you're a parent reading this and have any thoughts of taking your own life, seek professional help. To tell a 7 year old that they would never see their mom again is probably the hardest thing you could do. There will always be people who listen to you. You aren't alone. So think of how it could affect them because my mental state was destroyed so badly from this.
