The Conflicts With Offshore Wind Turbines

There are still conflicts remaining. The biggest one is with the fishers. It conflicts with their livelihood because once you have those turbines there, you're going to have a hard time fishing around them. In Taiwan, there's the very rare Formusa white dolphin, which is on the verge of extinction. And the major threat is in the installation of offshore wind farms. That creates a possibility of deafening any kind of cetaceans.
