All three of our houses are, alike, within range of each other in terms of mortgate amount owed on the mortgage and market value. I mean, i think we took a little dip recently. Our market has been performing at 18 % per year over the last seven years. So here's a question for you, when a market over performs, or a stock over performs, do you expect that to continue or to go down? "I would be surprised. I expected to go down," he says.
