The Importance of Prioritization in Product Management

I think prioritization is one of probably one of the most important skills a product manager as. In previous role, it wasn't something I had to do constantly. Whereas here it's every minute you're kind of thinking about like how you can prioritize between all these different moving parts. So yes, it is doing all that stuff, but they also just hired an R&D project manager who started this week. So we will see kind of what they end up doing and how that impacts the product department.
