Class a Storage Units - What's the Difference?

T, i think ten years from now, the self storage manager will be a thing in the past. I can have a 25 dollar an hour highly trained sales person on the phone. And here she can manage ten facilities because of the call volume. So why in the world would i spend seven, ten million dollars to build a faciliy? Handed off to cube smartwher theyre oingto hire an 11 our employee with hardly any training to answer the phones and try to make sales for me  and sit on their hands most of the day.
