The Importance of Acceptance in Art

In this part, it sounds like he's just tearing the cello apart. I think art is the place to go to those extremes. A lot of my work is unapologetically dark. That's intentional. You know you're going to be okay at the end of a concert. But we can let ourselves go there so that we don't need to go there in our daily lives.
