Leadership across both sport and work is about relationship building. I might have an idea of what we're going to do, but I'll talk to some of the staff first - that helps them grow as well. So I'm quite happy to be flexible. It's not black and white, being black. And your skills and audience experience helps making that. Same with coaching football. You know, you're going to make some technical changes. That comes from experience. What you see and who you've got, who you can serve off.
