Backee says kids need to be taught basic life skills before they graduate. No one wants to raise a spoilt brat, but you can instil those lessons in your children by teaching them how to spend money and give it away. Backee is working on his own version of the barefoot families programme for high school students. He's also trying to get young people to apply for jobs when they're teenagers so that they have to work out their power dynamic with bosses.
