Are You Taking Away Your Right?
I would want to make a distinction between possessing a right and exercising a right. So I think we could say that there are certain primary rights, um, primary natural rights and then maybe secondary natural rights that are implied. We have an unalienable right of life - how is that in that unalienable state of fact? That's right to take on.
